Balasubrahmanyam for Superstar Rajinikanth's blockbuster 'Mappillai'. In the 2011 remake starring Rajinikanth's then son-in-law Dhanush, music director Vijay Antony adapted and rearranged the track while retaining Gangai Amaran's original hit lyrics as a tribute to the original classic.
