என் ஆயுள்தானே காணிக்கை அன்னை என்ற சாமிக்கு

Let the world write in praise of your noble contribution

My life is nothing compared to your immense affection

People will surely cast an evil eye on our brotherly love

We must ask mother to perform a ritual to ward off the evil eye for both of us

My entire lifespan is an offering to the living deity called mother

ஜென்மங்கள் மீது நம்பிக்கை இல்லை

ஆனால் அள்ளி அள்ளி தந்த கரம் சிவந்திருக்கு

தம்பி சின்னப் பிள்ளை இல்லை மீசை இருக்கு

ஆனால் உப்பு மூட்டை சுமக்கத்தான் ஆசை இருக்கு

என் ஜீவன் போன்ற அண்ணனே

தேதி வேண்டும் பூஜைக்கு.....

Your complexion is dark like the vast sky
