Beyond the translation

Song interpretation

This melancholic song reflects deep sorrow, loneliness, and existential longing. The protagonist questions whether happiness, peace, and fulfillment will ever reach their troubled life as misfortune continuously surrounds them without any loving support. Through vivid imagery, the singer compares their vulnerable existence to a helpless piece of straw tossed in a stormy ocean and a fragile creeper shivering in a gale, while longing for a dawn of light to pierce through the darkness of suffering.
